Intrapreneurship (Corporate Entrepreneurship)
This is a six day non-residential training program designed to upgrade productivity of senior and medium management executives operating in the government, private, and NGOs.
The training is aimed at helping the executives to think like entrepreneurs and continuously introduce innovative improvements in their organizations.
ETW is 6-day intensive non-residential program. It is learners’ centered, practical, hands-on attitudinal and behavioral change training program built upon adult learning principles. Much of the facilitation is done by way of case studies, games, role play, exercises and experiential sharing
Transformational leadership and entrepreneurship are the two major pillars of topics to be covered in the training.
Selection Process and Criteria:
Individuals interested in participating in the training must fill out an application form (attach the form here). The application form can also be found at our offices. Once complete, the form must be submitted to an EDC office for further screening which will be based on the following criteria. .
||Minimum of diploma graduate.
||25– 65 years of age
||Open to both men and women
|Nature of business
||At least career at medium level management in private or public institutions. The training is also open to individuals working in NGO and holding at least medium level management position.
|Economic sector of the business
||Engagement in any economic sector
||Highly enthusiastic for innovative entrepreneurship training who believe that training can determine the prospect of his/her business.
|Size of business operations
||Small, medium and large existing enterprises or government and non-governmental organizations.
||Able to commit six full days for intensive training in the training week (usually from Monday to Saturday 8:30AM – 5:30PM).
Certificate of Participation: EDC will provide candidates who successfully complete the Programme and fulfill the training requirements with a Certification of Participation.
